Try it!  When you exit this page, you will not be able to return here using the browser back button.

Works in Windows:  I.E. 5+, Firefox 1.5+, Safari 3.2+, Opera 8.5+, Avant 10+, Google Chrome 1+ browsers and more.

2.  No Drag and Drop

4.  No Image Toolbar

Independent research show that over 11% of Internet surfing is done with the Internet Explorer 6 browser.

The image toolbar will not appear in the browser when their pointer is placed over your images.

Try it!  When using I.E. 6, click the "screenshot" at the top (right side) of this page.  Then place the pointer over the enlarged screenshot.  The image toolbar will not appear over the image.

Works in Windows I.E. 6

5.  No Page Cache
A cache is a store of recently used information in a place on a computer where it can be accessed extremely fast.

For example, a web browser like Internet Explorer uses a cache to store the pages, images, and URLs of recently visited web sites on your hard drive.  With this strategy, when you visit a page you have recently been to, the pages and images don't have to be downloaded to your computer all over again.  Because accessing your computer's hard disk is much faster than accessing the Internet, caching web sites can speed up web browsing significantly.

No Page Cache is useful if the web page content changes frequently and you want to ensure visitors see the most current version of the web page.

Works in Windows:  I.E. 5+, Firefox 1.5+, Safari 3.2+, Opera 8.5+, Avant 10+, Google Chrome 1+ browsers and more.

6.  No Page Print
Disable Print and Print Preview, causing users who try to print your web page to simply print a blank sheet.

Try it!  When you preview and print out this page, you will see the left side navigational menu and nothing else.

Works in Windows:  I.E. 5+, Firefox 1.5+, Safari 3.2+, Opera 8.5+, Avant 10+, Google Chrome 1+ browsers and more.

7.  Redirect
Easily redirect visitors to another web page.

This is useful for Webmasters and Website Owners to control IFrame and Frame content, prevent breaking out of frames, securing private files and folders, work-around obsolete and under contstruction pages, and more.

Works in Windows:  I.E. 5+, Firefox 1.5+, Safari 3.2+, Opera 8.5+, Avant 10+, Google Chrome 1+ browsers and more.

8.  No Right Click
Disable the right click context menu.

Try it!  When you right click here, you will not see a context menu.

Works in Windows:  I.E. 5+, Firefox 1.5+, Safari 3.2+, Avant 10+, Google Chrome 1+ browsers and more. (Opera excluded).

9.  No Robots
Robots, also known as spiders or crawlers, are automated mechanisms that read your site and search for ways to categorize your web page information in their databases.

Typically, the home page is submitted to search engines.  The robots visit your site and collect all subpages and follow related links from your home page.

However, you may not want to index private web pages and secure directories.  No Robots can define which pages not to index and which page links to not follow.

10.  Hide Scroll Bars
Disable the browser scroll bars in your web page to achieve a special effect or prevent a viewer from unauthorized access to hidden areas of your web page.

Try it!  When you look to the far right side of your monitor, you will not see a scroll bar.

Works in Windows:  I.E. 5+, Firefox 1.5+, Safari 3.2+, Opera 8.5+, Avant 10+, Google Chrome 1+ browsers and more.

11.  No Status Bar Links
Prevent the addresses of your text links from appearing in the status bar of the browser when users hover over your links.

Try it!  When you rollover the "Recommend to a Friend" text link at the top of this page, you will not see the link address in the status bar.

Works in Windows:  I.E. 5+ type browsers.

12.  No Text Selection
Disable the ability to select text, graphics, or any other elements by dragging the mouse on your web page.

Try it!  When you try to select this text by dragging your mouse, you will not be able to select anything.
