IP addresses can be monitored to prevent duplicate votes from the same computer.

Quick Start:

1.  Unzip the "easy_poll_maker.zip' and "easy-poll.zip" files.
2.  Upload the "easy-poll" folder with all its contents to your web server.
3.  Make sure the "log" folder and "log.txt " file within are writable.  For example, Linux/Unix permissions CHMOD 777.  If you do not know how to change file and folder permissions, contact your Host to learn their procedure.
4.  Enter the full path to the "Sample.php" file in the Address Bar of your browser to access the sample poll.
For example, "http://www.yourwebsite.com/easy-poll/Sample.php".  (Your Host will require PHP4+ which is standard)
5.  Install "easy_poll_maker.exe" on your hard drive.

Easy Poll Maker consists of a single question with a list of Fifteen possible answers.  When an answer is selected, poll results are immediately displayed in the same window with a bar graph, percentage of total votes, and total number of votes.  The percentage and bar graph can be shown or hidden from view creating several different vote results styles to suit your needs.
