How do I layout my web site?

 Sketch a cartoon layout of how you want your website to look. Turn a blank sheet of paper to landscape view (to represent the shape of a monitor) and name the page (Home e.g.), in the upper corner. Mark where you want your logo, buttons, images, text, etc. to be placed on the page. Repeat these steps for each page. When you are finished, submit your page layouts, images, text, and notes to your designer to get a realistic idea of what it will cost to make your website.

You can get a domain name for $9.00 a year or lower from a registrar on the trusted ICANN-Accredited Registrars list at http://www.icann.org/registrars/accredited-list.html.
To avoid conflict of interest, use a domain name registrar that is not owned or operated by your hosting service or web design agency.
