"FTP Access" is a Windows™ desktop application for Webmasters and Website Owners who want to easily transfer files by drag & drop or copy/paste to and from the website server.

Right-click to change the file and folder view from thumbnails to list or details.

Double-click on a website directory to open Windows FTP Internet Explorer and display the directory contents.

Step Three

Troubleshooting Tips

Cannot Connect to an FTP Site

Perform the following checks:

1.  Be sure you have an active Internet connection.
2.  Check that you have entered the proper Host Name, Username, and Password.

If the Internet Connection is active but "FTP Access" is not working properly for you, check your settings in Internet Options.  Go to the Menu Bar and click "Navigate", then "Show Internet Explorer Options".  Alternatively, go to the Control Panel on your computer and click "Internet Options" to open it.

Click the "Advanced" tab and make sure that 'Enable FTP folder view (outside of Internet Explorer)' is selected.
